Ingredients

1/2 cup low fat whole egg mayonnaise
1 lemon rind finely grated
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup sesame seeds
5 Ocean Trouts steaks

Instructions 

1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon rind and wasabi in a small bowl
2. Halve lemon and juice one half, stir into mayonnaise mixture
3. Season with salt and white pepper set aside
4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium – high heat
5. Place sesame seeds onto a plate and press top of trout onto seeds to coat
6. Add trout to pan top side down and cook 2-3 minutes or until golden
7. Turn and cook another 2-3 minutes or until preferred taste
8. Serve with sauce and lemon wedges
