300 ml balsamic vinegar
90 grams honey
1 Red Emperor fillet
1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
Fresh parsley (minced)


1. In a pot, heat vinegar, honey on medium heat 20 minutes, stirring constantly
2. Set aside, Season fish fillet, add the garlic and a pinch of parsley and salt 
3. Pan sear the fish fillet for 3 minutes on all sides
4. Plate and drizzle the vinegar reduction on top
