Ingredients

700-800g whole medium green prawns peeled and deveined
1 packet of spaghetti
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 medium tomatoes diced
4 anchovies drained and chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons capers
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

1. Boil a large pot of water and cook spaghetti
2. Heat oil in a fry pan on medium heat, add garlic cook 1 minute
3. Add tomatoes, anchovies, olives, capers simmer 5 minutes
4. Add prawns simmer 2-3 minutes until prawns are just cooked
5. Add parsley and cooked spaghetti mixing through to combine
6. Serve
