2-3 tablespoons premium Oyster sauce
1-2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee chilli garlic sauce
2 tablespoons oil
650g fresh green prawns (peeled and deveined)
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Lemon or lime slices
Chives leaves to garnish


1. Combine oyster sauce and chilli-garlic sauce in a bowl
2. Toss prawns to coat evenly with mixture and marinate at least 15 minutes
3. Heat pan or wok over high heat, add oil cook prawns in batches until golden 
4. Serve on lemon or lime slices, drizzled with juice garnished with chive leaves
