20-24 medium-large whole green prawns
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh continental flat leaf parsley chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon cut into wedges
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Remove prawn heads, cut off legs and split along the underside and open up
2. Combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well
3. Add prawns coating well. Grill under hot grill 2-3 minutes until just cooked
4. Serve with lemon wedges
