1 kg green prawns shelled, deveined tails intact
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 tablespoon chopped mint
30g chopped butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
100g mixed salad leaves


1. Combine prawns with sauces, coriander, juice, mint, butter, garlic toss well
2. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, tossing occasionally
3. Divide salad leaves evenly between serving plates
4. Heat pan add prawns and marinade toss over medium heat 3-5 minutes
5. Toss until prawns are cooked through
6. Divide evenly between serving plates
7. Serve immediately with extra lemon or lime wedges
