Ingredients

450g Green Prawns shelled and de-veined
1 stalk spring onion cut finely and curled
3 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chilli garlic sauce

Instructions 

1. Stir-fry prawns in hot oil until half done and drain
2. Sauté garlic chilli sauce until fragrant
3. Add Prawns and stir well
4. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve
