400g medium Green Prawns shelled and de-veined
130g celery cut into strips
50g carrot cut into strips
2 stalks spring onion sectioned
3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee XO sauce
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee premium oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour


1. Slit prawns down the back wipe dry and mix with marinade for 10 minutes
2. Cook prawns in hot oil for 2 minutes drain
3. Sauté celery, carrot and spring onion with 1 tablespoon oil until fragrant
4. Add prawns and XO sauce mix well and serve
