Ingredients

4 x 150g Bream fillets
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 shallot finely chopped
1 small red chilli chopped
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Salsa
1/4 pineapple core removed finely chopped
1 mango peeled seeded chopped
1 small red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

1. Place fish in a shallow dish
2. In a jug combine all remaining ingredients pour over fish turning to coat
3. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes
4. In a large bowl combine all salsa ingredients and season to taste
5. Heat a large non-stick fry pan on high, spray with oil
6. Cook fish 2-3 minutes each side until cooked to taste
7. Serve with salsa
