Ingredients

6 portions of baby octopus
Dressing Ingredients
4 calamansi - extract juice (lemon or lime)
Handful young mint leaves - you can chopped them but I prefer not chopped
4 shallots - slice thinly
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of fish oil
Juices from the steamed octopus

Instructions

1. Mix all dressing ingredients together and pickle for at least half an hour
2. Clean Octopus, drain off water, heat steamer when water boiling add octopus
3. Steam octopus for 8 mins, remove from heat place octopus into a mixing bowl
4. Keep aside juices from the octopus and mix with dressing ingredients 
5. Pour dressing over the cooked octopus and mix well
6. Serve chilled can be served as appetizer or as a side dish
