1 kg baby octopus
300ml red wine
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
Coriander leaves to garnish


1. Clean octopus and cut in half
2. Heat octopus, wine and balsamic vinegar in a pan on high, bring to the boil
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes until tender and drain
4. Place octopus and sauces in a bowl stir to combine
5. Heat barbecue on high cook turning occasionally 5-6 minutes until browned
6. Serve topped with coriander
