Ingredients

2 (750g) Ocean Perch fillets
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons Kraft Italian Dressing
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
30g Philadelphia creamed Cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Coat fish with flour.
2. Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat
3. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork
4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm
5. Add broth and juice to skillet cook 3 minutes, reduce by half whisk frequently
6. Add creamed cheese cook and stir 1 min or until melted
7. Pour over fish and sprinkle with parsley
