1 tablespoon lime and chilli sauce
1 teaspoon mild Thai red curry paste
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons canola oil
Dash of sesame oil
500g Ocean Perch fillets


1. Combine lime, chilli sauce, curry paste, juice and oil in a bowl
2. Add fish and turn to coat cover and marinate for at least 1 hour
3. Drain fish and reserve marinade
4. Barbecue or grill fish 2-3 minutes each side
5. Baste with reserved marinade until cooked
6. Serve with heated reserved marinade drizzled over fish
