Ingredients

500g Mangrove Jack
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lime
3 tablespoons honey
1.5 tablespoons hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Lay a large sheet of foil on a baking pan
3. Lightly grease the foil, then lay fish on top of foil
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
5. Squeeze juice from half of the lime onto the fish let sit about 5 minutes
6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together honey, chilli sauce and orange juice
7. Squeeze remainder of lime juice into the bowl, Stir to combine
8. Taste for heat, if too spicy add extra honey lime juice or orange juice until desired taste
9. Seal the pouch, allowing a small hole for steam to escape
10. Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily
