Gemfish fillets
1 lemon
1 teaspoon butter


1. Coat fish with melted butter and season with salt & pepper
2. Cut lemon slices and place on top of fish
3. Sprinkle a little garlic and herbs on top and wrap in foil
4. Cook in oven at 180%c or 160%c fan forced
5. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork
