1 large King fish steak
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 tsp fennel seeds powdered (optional)
1teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Salt to taste


1. Mix all the ingredients and make a paste
2. Smear over fish on all sides, marinate in refrigerator for minimum 30 mins
3. Preheat oven 425%F, place fish on tray cover with foil bake 10 mins per side
4. Then grill for 3 mins on each side
