450g Flake fillets
3 tablespoons corn flour
1 stalk spring onion
3 tablespoons lee kum kee chicken marinade
1. Lightly coat fish with corn flour and grill or pan fry.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and seasoning mix.
3. Transfer fish to serving plate and pour over seasoning mixture.
4. Top with shredded spring onion
