Herrings cleaned and scaled
4-5 champignons
2 bulb onions
1 egg
25g butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
Pinch of salt
Black ground pepper – to taste


1. Wash, peel and slice champions
2. Hard boil an egg, peel and chop it
3. Peel onions and cut finely
4. Combine all the ingredients add the parsley and horseradish
5. Season with salt and pepper the prepared mass
6. Cut Herrings into long slices
7. Cover a baking sheet with a foil sheet
8. Grease with butter and place on  the fish  
9. Add the prepared mass above, Cover with foil bake at 200%C  25 minutes
