Ingredients

300g boneless Gurnard fillets
Onion powder (two teaspoons) or half medium chopped fresh onion
Garlic powder (one teaspoon) or one teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
White pepper powder (two teaspoons)
Egg (one)
Breadcrumbs (one cup)
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (for fry)

Instructions

1. Process fish, with all ingredients except oil (for frying) in chopper or manually
2. Make Pattie or sticks as preferred coat with egg then with breadcrumbs evenly
3. Fry as you like or you can bake them too for healthy diet, if you don’t like fry
4. Serve with any sauce and ketchup
