
Ingredients
1 avocado
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons horse radish
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
1tablespoon olive
4 Hapuka portions
80g baby kale
Instructions
1. Combine avocado, yoghurt, lemon juice and horse radish in food processor
2. Process until smooth
3. Season with salt and pepper, transfer to a bowl stir in chives set aside
4. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium to high heat
5. Cook fish portions 5 minutes each side
6. Add baby Kale cover and cook until wilted
7. Serve fish on top of Kale topped with sauce
