1 onion
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Cinnamon (small stick)
4 clove
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoons cumin seed
1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoons fennel seeds
4-5 King fish cutlets
1/4 teaspoons ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (for frying)


1. Grind to a smooth paste Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Cinnamon stick, Cloves
2. Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Black pepper and Fennel Seeds 
3. Wash Kingfish cutlets with salt
4. Marinate Kingfish in turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice, salt at least an hour
5. Add ground paste to marinated fish coating thoroughly
6. Using fork or tooth pick make a hole in fish allowing marinade to penetrate set 30 minutes
7. Add oil to a hot pan and fry fish on both sides until browned and cooked to taste
