500g packet potato gnocchi
250g skinless salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup frozen peas
Grated zest 1 lemon 2 tablespoons juice
2 tablespoons chopped basil


1. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water, following packet instructions drain well.
2. Heat fry pan on medium heat brush salmon with a little oil season to taste
3. Cook 2-3 minutes each side
4. Heat remaining oil in same pan on medium heat
5. Saute garlic 1 minute taking care not to burn
6. Stir in sour cream, peas and juice bring to a simmer
7. Add drained gnocchi to pan and toss well season to taste, remove from heat
8. Stir basil and zest through, divide among bowls and flake over salmon
