Ingredients

2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 (185g) Ocean Trout steaks
Cooking spray

Instructions 

1. In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; stir well
2. Put Ocean Trout, skin side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
3. Brush the tops of each steak with maple mixture
4. Grill 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
5. Brush with maple mixture throughout cooking process
