2 x 125g fillets Orange Roughy
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend
1 large clove garlic, minced
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of salt (optional)


1. Preheat grill and set the rack about 6 inches from the heat source
2. Place fillets on grill and squeeze lemon over fish
3. Grill the fillets in the preheated grill for about 6 to 8 minutes
4. Combine parmesan, butter, Dijon, mayo mixture, garlic and salt 
5. Remove the fish from the grill and spread cheese mixture on top
6. Sprinkle with paprika and grill until the topping is lightly browned
7. Fish is cooked when flakes easily with a fork about 3-5 minutes
