Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic (crushed)
4 Salmon steaks
Cracked black pepper

Instructions

1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice and basil in a small bowl. Stir in garlic
2. Pour mixture over Salmon steaks coating evenly
3. Grill, pan fry or barbecue salmon a few minutes each side
4. Cook until browned and just cooked through
5. Season with cracked pepper
6. Serve with salad of choice
