Ingredients

6 Salmon Steaks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon / lime zest
150g butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
Lemon or lime zest

Instructions

1. Cook Salmon as desired (pan-fry, barbecue or grill)
2. Stir remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until butter melts
3. Spoon butter mixture over cooked Salmon
