Ingredients

oil
Bass Grouper fillets
2 slices root ginger, finely shredded
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 orange, zested and juiced
handful coriander 

Instructions

1. Lightly oil a piece of baking paper the size of a dinner plate
2. Place fish fillet skin-side down in the centre
3. Scatter over some ginger, garlic, orange zest and orange juice
4. Place in steamer basket, cover and steam 5 minutes depending on size
5. Serve with coriander scattered over top
