Ingredients

1kg skinless 1 inch thick grouper fillets cut into approximately 185g portions
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
A dash of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 177 degrees C
2. Rinse the fillets and dry them on a paper towel.
3. Place fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle the fillets on both sides with salt and pepper
5 .Combine cream, cheese, lemon juice-zest, onion powder, Tabasco mix well
6. Cover top of each fillet with sour cream mixture and Sprinkle with paprika
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
