2 teaspoons sesame oil; divided
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 x 500g stir-fry combination vegetables
2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
4 Orange Rough fillets


1. Marinate fish fillets in Teriyaki sauce
2. Put rice and 2 cups of water into a 3 litre pot and bring to a boil
3. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes or until done
4. Heat wok and 1 teaspoon oil over med-high heat and saute vegetables to taste
5. Heat remaining oil in pan, when hot add fish cook about 2 minutes each side
6. Serve fish over rice and veggies
