Ingredients

16 Scallops in shell
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons finely grated palm sugar
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon lime juice
Coriander leaves to serve

Instructions

1. Arrange Scallops in a bamboo steamer
2. In a jug combine sauces, sugar, ginger and juice, drizzle over scallops
3. Place steamer over a pan of simmering water, cover tightly with lid
4. Steam for 3-5 minutes until scallops are opaque and cooked to taste
5. Serve topped with coriander leaves
