Ingredients

350g scallops
2 x 175g packet shortcut rind-less bacon
1kg medium size green prawns peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Bamboo skewers (small)

Instructions

1. Soak skewers in water to prevent from burning
2. Wrap scallops in bacon pieces and thread onto skewers with prawns
3. Combine teriyaki marinade and lime juice
4. Brush kebabs with marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds
5. Cook 4-6 minutes on a preheated lightly greased flat grill plate
6. Turn often until prawns and scallops are tender and cooked
