800g firm pawpaw chopped coarsely
2 medium tomatoes seeded chopped coarsely
1 medium red onion chopped coarsely
1/4 cup lime juice
1 red Thai chilli seeded chopped finely
2 table spoons coarsely chopped fresh coriander
1 table spoon vegetable oil
36 Scallops with roe


1. Combine pawpaw, tomato, onion, juice, chilli, coriander and oil in a large bowl
2. Cook scallops on heated oiled grill in batches until browned both sides
3. Serve pawpaw salsa topped with scallops accompanied with sweet chilli sauce
