1kg green prawns
1 cup of Jack Thompson’s old Smokey BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon dry sherry


1. Peel and devein prawns leaving tails intact
2. Combine sauce, juice and sherry in a bowl, add prawns and mix well
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
4. Cook prawns on preheated barbecue on low-moderate until almost cooked
5. Brush with remaining marinade and cook until just cooked
6. Serve with lime wedges
