1 tablespoon olive oil
500g green prawns peeled leaving tails in tact
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 cup thickened cream
1/3 cup white wine
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Crusty bread thickly sliced and toasted to serve


1 Heat oil in a large pan on medium-high heat add prawns and garlic
2. Cook stirring 3-4 minutes until prawns curl, change colour, transfer to a bowl
3. Add cream and wine to pan bring to boil, simmer stirring occasionally  
4. Simmer 5 minutes or until mixture slightly thickens
5. Add prawn mixture and parsley to cream mixture
6. Cook stirring 1-2 minutes or until heated through, serve with crusty bread
