4 bream fillets 
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lime
3 tablespoons olive oil


1. Carefully remove any remaining bones from fillets, rinse and pat dry
2. Combine soy sauce, lime juice and olive oil add pepper but no salt
3. Pour over fish fillets and allow to marinate for about 20 minutes
4. Heat a non-stick frypan to medium heat
5. Cook fish skin side down for 2 minutes and turn
6. Pull off and discard skin. If there is grey or brown flesh discard that too
7. Pour a little of the marinade over the fish and turn once more
8. Turn off the heat as soon as the fish is cooked
9. Serve with rice
