4 Bream fillets
6 garlic cloves
Large knob of butter
Splash of olive oil
Cup of flour
Broadleaf parsley
Salt and pepper


1. In a large pan melt butter and olive oil
2. Add garlic and fry on low heat 5-6 minutes until garlic is browned
3. Season flour heavily with salt and pepper and dust bream fillets
4. Fry fillets 3 minutes each side adding more butter if required
5. Remove fillets and arrange on a plate
6. Pour garlic butter over the fish and sprinkle with parsley
