Ocean perch fillets
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon coarsely grated orange peel (zest only)
4 Orange slices
Parsley to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish
3. In a bowl combine butter, orange juice, fennel seeds and salt pour over fish
4. Sprinkle with grated orange peel
5. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork
6. Garnish with orange slices and parsley and serve
