3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup crushed pretzels

1. Mix the flour and seasonings in a plastic bag.
2. Place stirred eggs and pretzels onto separate plates.
3. Dip the fish into the flour, then the eggs, then the pretzels.
