Ingredients

Perch fillets
3/4 cup flour
1teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2eggs
3/4 cup crushed pretzels
Butter or oil

Instructions

1. Mix the flour and seasonings in a plastic bag.
2. Place stirred eggs and pretzels onto separate plates.
3. Dip the fish into the flour, then the eggs, then the pretzels.
4. Fry in butter or oil until golden brown and flakes easily with fork about 10 min's
