Ingredients

1 kg Gemfish (or firm white fish)
1/2 bunch Of parsley
1/2 bunch Coriander
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoon Paprika
1/2 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 pinch Cayenne
2 1/2 ounces Lemon juice
3 ounces Olive oil

Instructions

1. In food processor, process half coriander, half parsley, garlic, paprika 
2. Add coriander, cumin, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil 
3. Marinate Gem fish in this mixture at least one hour, but preferably overnight
4. Remove fillets from marinade, place on grill or barbecue
5. Basting with marinate while cooking
6. Cook 2-3 minutes each side, turning carefully only once
